Refund policy

At MT Islamic Lifestyle, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

1. Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. To request a return or exchange, please contact us at mtislamicstore@gmail.com or 0323 3838017 and provide your Order ID along with the reason for the request.

2. Conditions for Caps & Clothing

Caps and other eligible clothing items must be:

  • Completely unused, unworn, and unaltered.

  • In their original condition and packaging.

  • Returned with the original price tag/label attached and not removed.

  • Accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

  • Free from stains, damage, washing, perfume, or any other signs of use.

Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without its original tag/label may not be accepted for return or exchange.

3. Perfumes, Attars & Body Sprays

Perfumes, attars, and body sprays are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days only if they are at least 90% unused and remain in their original condition and packaging.

Products showing excessive use, damage, leakage, alteration, or missing original packaging may not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Miswak

  • Digital Tasbeeh

  • Any item that has been used, altered, damaged, washed, or does not meet the return conditions mentioned above.

5. Refund Policy

No cash refunds are provided. Approved returns will be processed according to our return and exchange policy. Customers may be offered an exchange or another applicable resolution based on the condition of the returned product.

6. Important Note

All returned products are subject to inspection. MT Islamic Lifestyle reserves the right to decline a return or exchange if the product does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
