3. Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and being available to receive the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on location, public holidays, sales periods, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Our returns and exchanges are subject to our 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy. Eligible products must meet the conditions specified in that policy. Certain products, including Miswak and Digital Tasbeeh, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

6. Product Usage & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking their order and product condition upon receipt. Products must be used and maintained according to their intended purpose. MT Islamic Lifestyle is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, alteration, washing, or handling after delivery.

7. Prices & Payments

All product prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, or listing errors when necessary. The applicable price at the time of order confirmation will be communicated to the customer.
